Bad place! The owner put syrup and broken glass on that little Wall. Crazy !!

I would like to quote a guest who rated the following in advance: To recommend without a doubt. Burgers are made with fresh ingredients and meat is cooked as desired. Very open-minded and personable staff, which contribute perfectly to the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant. I find it extremely honest and appropriate, as it corresponds to the truth.

I've visited Menz Burger a few times and every time it's perfect. The staff is always friendly and helpful with ordering tips, the service is quick and the orders are always served correctly for each guest. The burgers are just amazing, definitely one of the top 3 burgers I've tried (and I've eaten burgers in at least 10 countries). The meat is really juicy, you can taste that it is 100% really good meat. And what comes around the meat is even more amazing. Excellent homemade sauces with perfectly combined additional products make the burger simply fantastic. I've tried almost every burger on the menu and still am unable to find a bad thing about it (or choose my favorite). Add in french fries with extra homemade sauces and there's a reason to always leave this place with a smile and keep coming back.

The burgers ("Avocado Burger" and "Womenz Burger") and the fries with aioli sauce are recommended!

After waiting 10 minutes despite a reservation we had to wait 20 minutes for the service. Despite pointing a finger and eye contact, there was no service. When she came, they said there were no vegan options that evening (6/11 from the group would have liked to use this option). Very rude staff, we didn't feel comfortable. !! Service does not wear a mask !!

The service is pretty bad. The service very unprofessional and the toilets very unhygienic. Despite reservation, very long waiting time until someone even comes and takes drinks / food. On that day there were probably no more vegan / vegetarian burgers. (A restaurant that offers a lot of vegan dishes). Unfortunately, we were only told that after waiting 45 minutes. Since the majority of the group are vegetarians, we unfortunately had to leave. The waitress also insulted us for leaving. Despite being required to wear a mask, the waitress didn't wear a mask! Never again !! 0 stars

My absolute favorite burger shop in Cologne! Really fresh and incredibly tasty burgers! No off-the-shelf burgers like some other shops here in Cologne ... And very nice owner! Got an espresso on the house after dinner. I love to go there!

On the recommendation of a friend, we chose this burger place, which was very inconspicuous from the outside. The owner informed us about the changed menu due to the corona pandemic, which however still offered a generous selection for meat eaters as well as for vegetarians and vegans. The burgers were prepared quickly (in our case the avocado burger), but instead of the sweet potato fries we had ordered, we got traditional fries. After we had pointed this out to the waitress, we got the normal fries and an additional dip on the house, in addition to the sweet potato fries that were also served. You could taste that the dishes are really homemade and that the ingredients harmonize well, so that we ate one of our best - if not THE best - burgers so far. At the end there was a digestive schnapps, also free of course. In this restaurant, the guest is really king and service and "customer proximity" is very important. A real insider tip! If we lived in the area, we would definitely be regulars.

Have eaten here before and never been disappointed! Great food, great and very customer-oriented service. You can also eat here with large groups! With the best burger shop in NRW!

Awesome burger! Best burger in Cologne. Chilli-cheese fries with handmade chilli con carne, a real treat. Sauces etc. everything handmade and you can taste it. TOP! Price-performance ratio very good!

I can actually call myself something like a "burger fan"! That's why I've already tried many stores in Cologne (and also other cities in Germany): Von Fette Kuh, Beef Brothers, The Bird, Hans im Glück, Freddys, Marx and Engels, Otto's Burger, 3h's Burger, Feuerstein's Burger, Lord of the Grills and Karl Hermanns is represented almost everything that has rank and name! But I never got stuck in any of these stores like Menz ... and that means something. Because none of the shops offers such a perfect "package" of burgers that I don't even know where to start without getting out of the crowd: Starting with the terrific meat, which has the perfect seasoning mix. The grandiose topping, which is not neglected - what I hate the stores that count their tomato slices to the exact piece. To the homemade sauce, which completes the total work of art of a hand-made burger. And yes, hand-made here really means hand-made - not like in most shops with "Manufaktur" on it but tube sauces are in it! In short: taste in perfection! My recommendation from the menu: The terrific "Menz burger" (see photos - and I think they speak volumes) and the BBQ burger! I hope you enjoy this taste festival! :-)

Extremely tasty food, but we had to wait a long time to get it.

By far the best burger I've ever eaten. I come here every time I visit Cologne and have never been disappointed. The only drawback: the waiting times after ordering are sometimes unbearably long, it has to be faster! Since the burgers are just great in taste, you really can't deduct a star for this.

Super delicious food! You should definitely reserve, otherwise you have to expect waiting times of up to one hour. The only criticism is the slightly overpriced prices. Otherwise I always like to come here!

Wow! What awesome burger. So juicy, so meaty, just delicious. Had to eat 2 in a row. If you want to eat burgers in Cologne, you have to go to Menz Burger. Super nice staff and great food.

Good burgers. Special chip are extra tasty. Portions are insanely big. Definitely worth visiting. Service is a bit slow, but all staff is very polite.

Ordered the Menz Burger. Pros : Looks Good, Is Big as a Burger should be, The sauce has good flavor, The service Cons : The bread is bad, The meat was at best medium rare inspite of requesting well done, The meat though handmade lacked key flavours and was very dry and chewy, Not value for money. Didn't qualify as one of the best I have had.

Yesterday we had dinner at Menz’ Burger, all summed up in a few words: Very delicious burgers, good cocktails, relaxing atmosphere, extremely friendly and polite service (I tasted the Itialiano and it was grilled perfectly) ??Worth a visit

A local burger restaurant. Every day the restaurant prepares freshly cooked hamburger patties and is very tasty. There is a great selection of burgers with different sauces and a selection of vegetables according to what you like. The fries are ordered separately and it is very large and very tasty. Vegans have a selection of vegan burgers. The place is nice, the food delicious and the service courteous. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Was given a table and left 30 mins later as no one came to take my order even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy

The burger patty was unfortunately somewhat dry and unimpressive. Fries and drinks were average. Service is slow probably because they are understaffed. Staff was friendly though.

My friend and I are here tonight (20.8.19) and left with mixed feelings. Upon arrival, we were greeted and had a seat within 5 minutes. The restaurant was quite busy so we were surprised at even having a seat! The waiter who took our order spoke very good English and could recommend several dishes to us. We went for a cheeseburger, the bacon burger (with BBQ sauce), normal fries and chilli cheese fries. What was frustrating was that the food turned up before our drinks and we had waited a good 15 minutes. The drinks were simple, a Fritz and a 0.2mL Kolsh. Food was average. On my friend’s burger, the bacon burger, there was mayonnaise that wasn’t stated on the menu. This could be a huge problem for anyone with an allergy! Aside from that, everyone else was okay with the food. It wasn’t amazing but it was average. The price of a burger ranged between €9.90 and €13.90 with chips being between €2.50 and €5.90. It was expensive for what you got. The service was great though, definitely a highlight of the restaurant.

First and most importantly. The burgers me and my friend had were absolutely delicious. The overall experience though. Not that nice. Upon our arrival we first could take a table outside, then one inside, then "DEFINITELY NOT INSIDE", then "in an hour" and than "yeah ok outside". The member of staff who took our order was very impatient. He said he didn't speak English (which we were fine with, we understand a little German) and then got angry with us for speaking English to him. When our burgers arrived, the waiter told us (why coudn’t this have been mentioned sooner?) they ran out of the type of chips my friend ordered. So we ordered another type. We tried to eat very slowly, but when our meals were finished and our chips hadn't arrived, we told the waiter we didn't need them anymore. He said he understood. Upon which a second waiter came with the chips and was offended we didn't want them. I would deliveroo the burgers to the hotel if I visited Köln again.

Spontaneously went to Cologne and went just as spontaneously ? very friendly staff and super hot food with homemade chips and sauces ❤ we will be back! ??
